Beat plan & productivity
Plan which outlets get visited and when, then see coverage and productivity by territory -- recalculated from the real visit data as it comes in, not a once-a-month manual rollup.
How it works
A beat plan is uploaded or edited for a distributor's sales team, laying out which retailers get visited on which day. The company sets how much a distributor can see and do with their own plan -- upload, edit, view reports, view insights -- as sharing defaults, with room for a per-distributor override.
Productivity and contribution reports
- Beat productivity for a month or a custom range, scoped to the distributors you're allowed to see -- just your own, if you're a distributor.
- Filterable by territory level, so a zonal or state view doesn't require exporting and re-slicing data yourself.
- Custom-range figures are summed from the underlying counts and the ratios re-derived from those sums -- never an average of monthly percentages, which would distort the result.
- Reports recalculate on demand from the latest visit data rather than relying on a stale cached rollup.
