Retailer billing app
A retailer bills their own customers straight from a phone browser -- scan a barcode or search for a product, add it to the bill, and record the payment.
How billing works
- Scan a product's barcode with the phone's camera, or search it manually by name or code.
- Add non-catalogue items to a bill where needed, alongside catalogue products.
- Record the payment mode -- cash, UPI, card or credit -- against each bill.
- Look up and reprint any past bill.
What it doesn't do yet
Honestly: billing needs an active connection, so it isn't built to queue bills offline and sync them later. There's also no public bill link or QR code for a customer to look up their own bill. Both are worth knowing before you plan around them.
